Since today is the day where kids will dress up and trick or treat-ye this ist also the day when the occult celebrate! Many non-Catholic Christians say that you cannot celebrate Halloween due to the fact that it is a “pagan” holiday. So many wonder if what the Catholic view of Halloween is.

Obama announced on the anniversy of the Soviet Union take over of Eastern Europe that he has dropped former Presidents Bush’s missile defense shield.
I am sure this makes Putin more than happy, however how does the rest of Europe feel about this? Do they feel that Obama doesn’t care about the threat of the Soviet Union making a comeback? Has Obama forgotten about last years war between Georgia(the nation, not the state for those who may have been confused) and Russia?
I know in my country of Ameirca, we find this a shocking turn and feel that he is not willing to help protect Europe. The shield was also to give warning to Iran. However now that it will not be placed, Iran and Russie might take it as a free for all.
Obama’s troublesome green czar is resigning from his office, due to his true colors being shown by conservative talk radio and tv host-Glenn Beck.
On Sept 3 2009, Glenn Beck on host Fox News Channel show uncovered what Van Jones is really like. Showing that he is a 9/11 truther, black nationalist, communist(Obama appointed a communist?! If one guy(Glenn Beck) can prove just who Van Jones is, then what can we the public do? This gives me great hope that we might be able to save our country from communist and Obama’s attempts at turning America into a 3′rd world country.
Long time no post, I know. Due to tech/server issues, I haven’t been able to post. But this will change now. Lots to cover and talk about my friends, so today’s post will be all about Obama’s plan to “teach” and speak to the children of America to do what hewants them to do.
Schools around American are showing this video of celebrities(yes, when do celebrities to make kids think being a slave to Obama is “cool“) making pledges or promises to serve our country and Obama. You can view it below.
And if that was not enough, on Sept 8th 2009(this coming up tuesday) Obama will be having a speech for public schools(read: not home or private schools) to show to millions of kids. Nobody knows what the speech will be about, however it will also be available on stream from the White House website to anyone who wants to see it. I am also sure it will be on Youtube soon after that.
The main issue here is that Obama is using the same tools that Hitler used(speaking and teaching the kids of tomorrow)to ruin our country. Is he trying to prepare children to be in his own brown shirt army?

Today is the feast day of, Our Lady of Perpetual Help. Since this a Catholic/Politcal blog, I feel that I should do a post on about Our Lady.
Personally, Our Lady of Perpetual Help has a very immportant place in my heart for a reason that may or may not be shared in the future. However, I do find praying to Her is very powerful. So in honor of Her feast day, I am placing a public prayer to her.
Mother of Perpetual Help, you have been blessed and favored by God. you became not only the Mother of the Redeemer, but Mother of the redeemed as well. We come to you today as your loving children. Watch over us and take care of us. As you held the child Jesus in your loving arms, so take us in your arms. Be a mother ready at every moment to help us. For Godwho is mighty has done great things for you, and God’s mercy is from age to age on those who love God. Intercede for us, dear Mother, in obtaining pardon for our sins, love for Jesus, final perseverance, and the grace always to call upon you, Mother of Perpetual Help.
Since I have opened this blog, I have noticed that I get more than my far share of spam comments. They normally post comments on older post(I assume that they think I will not notice, but with Wordpress makes it where you have to approve of new comments) and try to build up back links.

Beccah Beushausen, a 26 year old (non-licensed) social worker faked her baby “April’s” birth and death.
She wrote a blog all about the much awaited birth of “April” and gained much support from pro-lifers. However this past Sunday, it was realized that baby “April” who was “born and died a few hours after” was a hoax.
Now, I haven’t followed her blog-or even heard of her until today. But I do find this sad and sick. She claims on her blog that she never earned any money and the donation she will give to shelters and the ones left in the mailbox will be sent back to the senders.
My issue with this is, she lied and I think people will try to paint us pro-lifers as nuts.
How do you feel about this case? Plus, have any of you followed her blo prior to finding out it was a hoax?
Two storys that I have came across this week made me start thinking about parents who use kids for attention. Here is a quick look at both cases.
1-A mother in Texas makes child sicker by placing feces in her sick childs feeding tube, in order to make her child sicker. She was reportedly diagnosed with Munchausen by proxy syndrome.
2-A mother with a child with Down syndrome works to get child in a Catholic School-but that is not what I found shocking. What I found shocking was the fact that she had two previous children-one with spinal meningitis that she wanted to keep and also a normal one that she placed up for adoption because she was normal(now granted that it’s better she placed the child up for adoption, however I do find it weird that she didn’t want all her kids). In other words, she doesn’t want all kids-she only wants to keep kids with disabilities.
It seems to be getting more common, though most don’t seem to harm the kids(or at least thats what is reported). Is this due to abortion being legalized? I would think so, after all life wasn’t looked at the same way again.
